Oligos Modified at the 3´ End

These are oligos that contain a modifying group bound to the ribose 3´ carbon of the 3´ end nucleotide. Such modified oligos find their application as labelled hybridization probes when more labelling molecules need to be inserted in the oligonucleotide chain or when extension of the oligonucleotide must be blocked. They cannot be used for PCR applications.

 

Available scales: 200 nmol, 1 µmol and 10 µmol
