Oligos Modified at the 5´ End

These are oligos that contain a modifying group bound to the ribose 5´ carbon of the 5´ end nucleotide. Such modified oligos find their application as labelled hybridization probes and in molecular genetic applications (ligation, antisense). The oligos can be used for PCR applications.

 

Available scales: 40 nmol, 200 nmol, 1 µmol and 10 µmol

Pricelist of other modifications

Fee for the given modification remains the same irrespective of the number of ordered oligos if the quantity does not exceed MAX 40 values (for the scale 40 nmol) and MAX 200 values (for the scale 200 nmol).

The values MAX 40 and MAX 200 mean the maximum number of oligonucleotides in the given scale can be labelled (modified) during a single modification procedure.
