Delivery Terms and Conditions for Oligonucleotides

The information below supplements our General Business Terms and Conditions.

Purchase order

Purchase order of an oligo includes the oligo synthesis based on the customer's sequence. Orders can be placed by submitting the online form from our website or our Excel purchase order form (these submission methods are a necessary condition for application of LOW SCALE OLIGO or economic price modes OLIGO 1+, OLIGO 10+, OLIGO 50+ a OLIGO 150 +). Upon submitting your order, please make sure that you have received a confirmation e-mail from us.

Orders can be placed in other ways, too (see our General Business Terms and Conditions); however, application of any favoured price modes is not applicable for the customer.

Delivery terms

Delivery terms A, B and X are available for oligonucleotides.

Delivery term A means that the product is shipped within 2 working days after receiving the purchase order. The time needed to deliver the shipment must be added to this time. The client is informed via e-mail as soon as the shipment has been dispatched.

Delivery term B means that the product is shipped within 5 working days after receiving the purchase order. The time needed to deliver the shipment must be added to this time.

Delivery term X means that the product is shipped within an unspecified time when GENERI-BIOTECH receives the purchase order. The customer is informed of this time upon receiving the purchase order.
