What Is MY OLIGO?

MY OLIGO is a database of all oligonucleotides that have ever been synthesized for any GENERI BIOTECH customer. The database contains essential data on oligonucleotides, such as the sequence, yields, modification type etc. Its aim is to enable our customers to always have an overview of the properties of their oligonucleotides.

When new oligonucleotides are ordered, thanks to MY OLIGO service the client gains control of the processing phase in which his or her order is found. The client can find his or her oligos in the database, make sure that they are entered with the correct sequence, and see whether the oligos have been synthesized, dispatched to the client, and when.

Every customer has a password assigned (4- or 5- characters), which serves as code to access the database of his or her own oligonucleotides.

Records with ordered oligonucleotides are processed in the GENERI BIOTECH control program at first and only then uploaded to MY OLIGO. The database content is updated daily; in spite of that, several hours up to one day elapses between placement of your order and the time when the record appears in MY OLIGO.
