Oligonucleotide PurificationGENERI BIOTECH provides 3 ways of oligo purification: - Standard purification - for oligonucleotides up to 40 - 50 bases long. The resulting product is cleared of chemical impurities (excessive amount of salts, protective groups).
- OPC purification (Oligonucleotide Purification Cartridge) - The resulting product is cleared of chemical impurities (excessive amount of salts, protective groups) and shorter chains not completely synthesized. OPC purification shows the most favourable quality-to-price ratio.
- HPLC purification - oligonucleotide is separated from all impurities and improper length sequences. However, this mode of purification is very demanding and amounts to significant losses.
