Favoured Customer

Any user becomes a favoured customer for the rest of the year and for the entire subsequent year by performing oligonucleotide or probe synthesis at GENERI BIOTECH, corresponding to cumulative consumption of 2000 bases (in any scale, with any term of delivery, any modifications, purifications and other adjustments).

Rules to Add Up Cumulative Consumption of Bases

• Cumulative consumption of bases for the client´s¹⁾ given calendar year is increased upon every purchase order of oligonucleotides (in any scale, with any term of delivery, any modifications, purifications and other adjustments):

• Cumulative consumption of bases of the client is also increased for every ordered real-time PCR hydrolyzation probe, by 100 points more (per probe in the quantity of 1 nmol); 200 points more (per probe in the quantity of 5 nmol); 300 points more (per probe in the quantity of 10 nmol); or 500 points more (per probe in the quantity of 50 nmol).
• Any customer who achieves cumulative consumption of 2000 points in the given calendar year, immediately becomes a favoured customer for the period until the end of the calendar year and for the entire subsequent calendar year.

Rules for Favoured Customers

• Any customer who achieves 2000 points of cumulative consumption moreover obtains a gift certificate in the value of CZK 1,000 (http://www.mall.cz/) as a bonus, with the possibility to choose what he/she purchases for the certificate. The customer obtains a gift certificate of the same value for every 2000 points more of cumulative consumption.
• Upon ordering oligonucleotides, favoured customers are further charged a preferential price, also in the price modes OLIGO 1+, OLIGO 10+, OLIGO 50+, OLIGO 150+ or according to the price list of dedicated oligos for favoured customers.
• Upon ordering probes, favoured customers are charged a preferential price for all probes (lowered by approximately 20% than the regular price), and further in the price modes SONDA 5+, SONDA 10+ for favoured customers.

¹⁾ If the customer orders oligonucleotides in his/her name but has multiple possible delivery addresses (for example, school vs. institute), the same delivery address must be provided to make sure that the cumulative consumption of bases is added up correctly. On the contrary, the invoice address is quite indifferent and has no effect on the cumulative consumption records.
