customer for the calendar year after he has ordered 1500
or more nucleotides within a previous calendar year (in every scale,
term, type of modification, purification or any other arrangement).
If a customer orders oligos for himself but has many possible shipping
addresses, for aproppriate calculation of cumulative consumption
of nucleotides it is necessary to always state the same shipping
address. On the other hand, an invoice address makes no difference
and does not have any impact on the recording of cumulative consumption.
(Cumulative consumption is a number of nucleotides ordered in one
calendar year.) |

Price of an oligonucleotide equals the price of one
nucleotide (according to number of nucleotides ordered in one order)
multiplied by number of nucleotides in oligonucleotide.

If OPC (HPLC) purification or HPLC quality control (or combination
of the both) is ordered, price of the oligo is extended by surcharge
stated in the table Additional charges for purification
of oligonucleotides (or in the table Aditional
charge for quality control of oligonucleotides, respectively).

If synthesis of an extremly long oligos is ordered (consisting of
50 or more nucleotides), the price of an oligo is calculated as a
price of current oligo multiplied by a factor stated in the table
Factors for calculating additional charge for extremly
long oligonucleotides.

Degenerated oligos with degenerated position/s
(defined mix of nucleotides) in location other than in the 3'end of
the oligo are synthesized with no additional charge. If sequences
of degenerated oligos are recorded, please use the following codes:
R=A,G Y=C,T M=A,C
K=G,T S=G,C W=A,T V=G,A,C
D=G,A,T N=A,C,G,T
H=A,T,C B=G,T,C.

If the degenerated position is located in the 3'end of oligo, synthesis
can be carried out only at a scale 200 nmol or higher and additional
fee stated in the table in chapter Degenerated
oligos will be charged. In addition, other possibilities of
degenerating oligos are stated there too.

Products are shipped dried (with an exclusion that is described in
chapter Facts
about oligonucleotides) and may be stored at room temperature,
however storage at -20°C is recommended.

If an orderer does not require a different type of shipment, oligos
are standardly delivered by recommended mail (to the Czech Rebublic
and Slovak Republic) or by a shipping service (to other countries).
