GENERI BIOTECH was founded in 1995, originally as a company dealing with
oligonucleotide synthesis. These days, it has two parts: commercial
(department of oligonucleotide synthesis, department of analysis of biological
relations) and research (research department that comprises a laboratory
for gene therapy, a laboratory for cell cultures and a laboratory for
molecular cloning). Laboratories for molecular genetics (PCR laboratories
and "clean laboratory") are shared by both, commercial and research
parts.
GENERI BIOTECH is licenced to work with genetically modified organisms
(according to Act 123/2000 Coll., as amended).
GENERI BIOTECH s.r.o. has been audited by BVQI to be certified for Standard ISO 9001:2000 with scope of supply (no exclusion):
