• Duration of one analysis under the recommended conditions is about 1 hour, also depending on other parameters of your real-time PCR cycler.

• Design of primers and probes is done to avoid amplification of genomic DNA and thereby to prevent biased results. This characteristic is always tested and guaranteed. In sporadic cases where such design can not be achieved (for example, in case of monoexonic genes), the customer will be informed in the accompanying set documentation.
• The sets are delivered as handy dried up mixtures that can be easily dissolved in water to prepare 10x concentrated solution for direct use in qPCR.
• Our qPCR sets are optimized with our Probe Master Mix and we guarantee the best results in using them together. Moreover the Probe Master Mix is offered at discounted price when ordered at once with any qPCR set.
