Delivery Terms and Conditions for Real-Time PCR Probes

The information below supplements our General Business Terms and Conditions.

Purchase order

Purchase order of a probe includes probe synthesis based on the customer's sequence. Probes 10 - 40 bases long can be synthesized. Purchase order can be placed by submitting an online form from our website (this order placement is a necessary condition to apply economic price modes PROBE 5+ or PROBE 10+). Upon submitting your order, please make sure that you have received a confirmation e-mail from us.

Delivery terms

Delivery term B is the basic delivery term for real-time PCR probes; this delivery term means that the product shall be dispatched in the course of 10 days after the day following the day of purchase order receipt. The shipment time necessary must be added.

Delivery mode

Delivery mode of real-time PCR probes is selected by the customer when placing the purchase order (see General Business Terms and Conditions). If not selected by the customer, postal shipment is used. Invoice is shipped together with the delivery.
