 | Martin BunčekMartin graduated from the Faculty of Chemical Technology, University of Pardubice. He finished his postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Pharmacy of Charles University in Hradec Králové. He successfully defended his thesis "Affecting DNA by means of TFO (triplex forming oligonucleotides) and RNA interference". Martin externally deals with tutorage: he gives lectures on Molecular Biology and Genetics at the University of Pardubice and he participates in lectures on Molecular Biology, Molecular Genetics and Gene Therapy at the Faculty of Pharmacy. He has been managing R&D in GENERI BIOTECH since 2000. He is a management coordinator of all the research projects. Martin is a member of the top management in the company. |
 | Antonín LibraAntonín graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Charles University in Hradec Králové. In the same faculty he finished his postgraduate studies with the thesis "Drug transporters in placenta and liver". Antonín takes part in coordination of R&D in GENERI BIOTECH, mainly in the area of methods focused on the gene expression analysis and pathogen detection - real-time PCR and microarrays. |
 | Veronika BačkovskáVeronika graduated from the Faculty of Chemical Technology, University of Pardubice, in the field of Analytical Chemistry. Since 2003, Veronika has been responsible for production of oligos. She takes part in research projects of GENERI BIOTECH providing synthesis of special oligos and development of analytical methods for oligonucleotides. |
 | Hana RadilováHana graduated from the Faculty of Science of Masaryk University in Brno, field of Molecular Biology and Genetics. At the Faculty of Pharmacy she finished her postgraduate studies with the thesis "Using RNA interference for targeted gene expression inhibition at the mRNA level". In GENERI BIOTECH, she is focused on molecular services mainly in the field of eukaryotic cell cultures, molecular cloning and sequencing. |
 | Alena VíškováAlena graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Charles University in Hradec Králové in the field of Healthcare Bioanalytics. At present, she is doing her postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Medicine of the Charles University in Hradec Králové. She has been working in GENERI BIOTECH since 2005. Alena provides mainly methods of detecting mutations and identification of microorganisms using molecular genetic techniques. |
 | Zuzana VackováZuzana graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Charles University in Hradec Králové. She finished her postgraduate studies at the same faculty, in the field of Pharmacology. Within the scope of her thesis, she dealt with the study of molecular and biological aspects of transport and biotransformation mechanisms in cellular membranes. At GENERI BIOTECH, she continues with research in the field of transporter proteins involved in drug pharmacokinetics. |
 | Jakub HofmanJakub graduated from the Faculty of Science of Palackého University in Olomouc, field of Biochemistry. At present, he is doing his postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Charles University in Hradec Králové, field of Pharmacology. He deals with the study of interactions between inhibitors of cyclin-dependent kinases and drug transporter ABCG2. At GENERI BIOTECH, he provides testing of transfection efficiency of new nanostructured materials which may be used in medicine and pharmacy. |
 | Lenka HubálkováLenka graduated from the Faculty of Science of Charles University in Praha, field of Molecular biology and genetic. At present, she is doing his postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Medicine of the Charles University in Hradec Králové. Her thesis is "Quantification of gene expression during the regeneration of liver affected by non-alcoholic steatosis". She has been carrying out practical part of her thesis project in GENERI BIOTECH since 2009. |
 | Vojtěch VejvodaVojta graduated from the Faculty of Science, Charles University in Prague, in the field of Biochemistry. In the same faculty he finished his postgraduate studies with the thesis "Nitrile hydrolizing enzymes: fungal nitrilases". Since 2010 he is member of R&D team in GENERI BIOTECH, focused on recombinant protein production. |
 | Zuzana PlačkováZuzana graduated from the Faculty of Chemical Technology, University of Pardubice, in the field of Analysis of Biological Materials. She has been working in GENERI BIOTECH since 2008. Zuzana is focused on identification of pathogenic microorganisms by means of real-time PCR and sequencing. |
 | Martina ŠafářováMartina graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Charles University in Hradec Králové. She finished her postgraduate studies at the same faculty. She defended her thesis "Producing human recombinant cytochromes P450 1A1 and P450 3A4 - utilisation of the method for producing further proteins". She has been working at GENERI BIOTECH since 2000 in the area of recombinant proteins and their application in immunology. From the time GENERI BIOTECH has been certified, she has been a quality manager of the company. |
 | Šárka HolasováŠárka graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Charles University in Hradec Králové. She finished her postgraduate studies at the same faculty and she defended her thesis "Testing cellular uptake of TFO (triplex forming oligonucleotides)". Šárka externally deals with teaching Molecular Genetics at the Faculty of Pharmacy. Her field is a detection of pathogenic microorganisms by means of real-time PCR and microarrays. |
 | Vendula LuštickáVendula is GENERI BIOTECH´s project administrator. She is heavily involved with her research colleagues to get rid of administrative burdens off their shoulders. Thus she facilitates their work considerably. |
