Orders

Order of probe (P) comprises synthesis of a probe according to customerīs sequence.

Order of primers and probe design/synthesis (PPDS) comprises design of primers and probe/probes and their synthesis according to customerīs reqirements.

Orders of probes (P) can be done via:

  • sending an on line form from our web site.

An order sent by e-mail or by on line form is the least prone to an erroneous input of sequence because they are automatically fed into managing program. If you send orders in this way, please wait for a confirmation e-mail.

If you prefer to mail or fax an order of probe (P), you can use the mentioned downloadable form. Please use "little g" in sequence records as "G" and "C" is often indistinguishable in received faxes. If possible, please use e-mail or web form to order.

Terms of delivery

Detailed information can be found in the chapters with the description of the specific products. Basic delivery times are 2 weeks (for P) or 2.5 weeks (for PPDS).

For a more complicated order a delivery time may be extended: we will inform the customer about the estimated time of delivery.

Way of delivery

Products are usually shipped via current mail (CZ, SK) or via shipping service (to other countries).

Prices

P: Prices of probes are based on quantity - most of probes are sold at 5, 10 or 50 nmol quantities. Number of nucleotides in a probe does not influence a price. Length of a probe can be 10 – 40 nucleotides.

PPDS: Prices of probes are based on quantity - most of probes are sold at 5, 10 or 50 nmol quantities. Number of nucleotides in a probe does not influence a price.

Each probe is accompanied by a pair of oligonucleotides at 10+15, 20+30 and 100+150 nmol quantities, respectively. The price for PPDS comprises design of both, the probe and the oligos.
