We develop and produce CE IVD real-time PCR kits that are used for in vitro genotypization before an appropiate treatment of disease starts. There application is important at selected drugs where extensive side effects may occur or where various types and speed of metabolism plays a decisive role in treatment.
gb PHARM TPMT The CE IVD real-time PCR kit is intended for detection of TPMT*2, TPMT*3A, TPMT*3B and TPMT*3C in TPMT gene in human genomic DNA by realtime PCR method (allelic discrimination). The kit allows the determination of haplotypes TPMT*2, TPMT*3A, TPMT*3B and TPMT*3C in homozygous or heterozygous form.
gb PHARM Warfarin The CE IVD real-time PCR kit is intended for detection of mutation CYP2C9*2, CYP2C9*3 and VKORC1 G1639A in human genomic DNA by real-time PCR method (allelic discrimination).
gb PHARM DPYD The CE IVD kit is used for determination of genotype of four polymorphisms according to guidelines CPIC and DPWG: *2A (c1905+1G>A), *13 (c1679T>G), HapB3 (c1236G>A) and c2846A>T in human genomic DNA. The principle of detection is based on real-time PCR with fluorescently labelled probes (allelic discrimination).
gb PHARM DPYD*2A The CE IVD real-time PCR kit is intended for detection of mutation DPYD*2A (IVS14+1G>A) in gene for dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase in human genomic DNA by real-time PCR method (allelic discrimination).
gb PHARM CYP2C19 The CE IVD real-time PCR kit is intended for detection of CYP2C19*2, CYP2C19*3 and CYP2C19*17 gene mutation. The detection principle is based on a real-time polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) using fluorescent labeled probes (allelic discrimination).
gb PHARM UGT1A1 The CE IVD real-time PCR kit allows detection of variants of 5TA (UGT1A1*36), 6TA (UGT1A1*1), 7TA (UGT1A1*28) and 8TA (UGT1A1*37) polymorphisms. The detection is based on the Q-FRET probe and uses the analysis of melting curves for genotyping.
gb PHARM BCHE The CE IVD kit is used for determination of genotype of five polymorphisms: A (D70G, rs1799807), K (A539T, rs1803274), F1 (T243M, rs28933389), F2 (G390V, rs28933390), S1 (FS117, rs398124632) in human genomic DNA.
