Our in vitro diagnostics fall into five categories: clinical genetics, hematology, pharmacogenetics, oncology and microbiology.

The CE IVD real-time PCR kit is intended for detection of polymorphism TA (allele 7TA) in gene UGT1A1 in human genomic DNA. Detection is based on polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with analysis of melting curves using fluorescently labelled probe.

The CE IVD real-time PCR kit is intended for detection of mutations rs429358 and rs7412 in the gene for APOE in human genomic DNA. It enables determination of e2 (cys112, cys158), e3 (cys112, arg158) and e4 (arg112, arg158) genotypes. Examination process is based on a principle of real-time PCR with the use of fluorescently labelled probes (allelic discrimination).

The CE IVD real-time PCR kit allows detection of variants of 5TA (UGT1A1*36), 6TA (UGT1A1*1), 7TA (UGT1A1*28) and 8TA (UGT1A1*37) polymorphisms. The detection is based on the Q-FRET probe and uses the analysis of melting curves for genotyping.
