Our product line Life Sciences comprises the most commonly used products for molecular biology (such as DNA isolation kits, PCR mastermixes, one-step reverse transcription kits etc.) including products specialized for real-time PCR. Our Life Sciences line comprises some services for R&D as well.

Passive reference dye Passive reference dye is an inert dye which serves as inner reference dye for fluorescence signal normalization between the wells which can occur as a result of errors in pipetting or under the influence of device limitations. It is used with TaqMan Real-Time PCR Master Mixes to provide probe-based qPCR or with probe-based One-Step qRT-PCR.
gb OneStep RT-qPCR Kit gb OneStep RT-qPCR Kit falls into a group of TaqMan Real-Time PCR Master Mixes. It provides cDNA synthesis in one-step. The product is intended for reverse transcription (RT) and real-time PCR (qPCR) performed in one step (in one reaction), i.e. onestep RT-qPCR. No additional instrumentation is required.
gb OneStep IPC Elite RT-qPCR Kit gb OneStep IPC Elite RT-qPCR Kit falls into a group of TaqMan Real-Time PCR Master Mixes. It provides cDNA synthesis and qPCR in one-step. The product is intended for high sensitivity reverse transcription (RT) and real-time PCR (qPCR) performed in one step (in one reaction), i.e. onestep RT-qPCR. No additional instrumentation is required. The kit contains IPC.
Mycoplasma detection – biochemical test The test is intended to detect mycoplasma in cell culture media.
Mycoplasma detection – qualitative PCR The method involves isolating DNA from a sample of a conditioned eukaryotic cell medium. Subsequently, amplification and detection of a highly conserved region encoding 16S ribosomal RNA specific for mycoplasmas is performed by real-time PCR. This method is used for the qualitative determination of mycoplasmas in a sample.
gb PCR Tips with Filter gb PCR Tips with Filter are sterile, DNase free, RNase free, pyrogen free. Tips are packed in a 96-piece rack. They are compatible with commonly used pipettes of various brands. The smallest available size is 1 pack containing 10 racks (960 tips).
SRY test for athletes Using the gb GENETIC SRY detection kit, we detect human male DNA present in the sample. The determination is based on quantitative real-time PCR using a fluorescently labelled probe. This test is required by the World Athletics organization and is intended for athletes in the female category in all world ranking competitions.
