It is a mixture of 5- and 6-carboxyfluorescein isomers. Fluorescein may be attached anywhere within the oligonucleotide sequence.
Denotes pure 6-carboxyfluorescein isomer. This is among the most used oligonucleotide fluorescent modifications and is compatible with the majority of fluorescent devices. 6-FAM may be attached either to the 5' end or the 3' end of the oligonucleotide.
CFR 610 is an orange-red fluorophore. It is also used as a good alternative to fluorophore Texas Red. CFR 610 may be attached only to 5´end of an oligonucleotide.

The most frequently entered sequences are prepared as a finished product in the warehouse. The advantage of storing oligo products is cleaning, which is not necessary to enter and pay separately.
