The FRET 3´FAM probe is a hybridization real-time PCR probe labeled with the fluorophore 6-FAM at the 3’ end of the sequence. It enables specific detection of target DNA and SNP genotyping. It is used as a donor probe in combination with an acceptor probe from the CFR series.
The FRET 5´CFR 610 probe is a hybridization real-time PCR probe labeled at the 5’ end of the sequence with the fluorophore CFR 610. It enables specific detection of target DNA and SNP genotyping. It is used as an acceptor probe in combination with the FRET 3´FAM donor probe.
