Instant Generation of Certificate of Analysis for oligonucleotides orders

Instant Generation of Certificate of Analysis for oligonucleotides orders

No more waiting for the certificate to arrive by email — now you can download it anytime with just one click.

We have introduced a new feature for instant generation of the CoA (Certificate of Analysis) for oligonucleotides directly in your customer account.

What does the new feature allow?

  • Generate a CoA for the entire oligonucleotides order
  • Generate a CoA for selected samples (within the same order)
  • Instant export and print of the certificate
  • Full overview of all your oligonucleotides in one place

You’ll find the new feature in your account in the Customer Portal, under the section Order/Inquiry History or My Oligo.

The CoA (Certificate of Analysis) can be generated in two ways:

  1. For the entire order

  2. Only for selected samples within a single order

Generation of the CoA via the “Order/Inquiry History” tab:

Select the required order and press the Print certificate (1) button in the top bar.

Generation of the CoA via the “MY OLIGO” function:

In the My Oligo window select the required samples (they must all be from the same order; it is not possible to generate a CoA for samples from more than one order at the same time) and press the Print certificate (2) button in the top bar.

Final form of the CoA

Try the new feature right now!

In GENERI BIOTECH oligonucleotides are synthesized on Highly cross-linked polystyrene beads supports. Oligonucleotides thus synthesized have a very low representation of truncated shorter chains compared to normal CPG supports.

Analog Bases in NGS: Expanding the Analytical Capabilities of DNA Analysis

Definition and Characteristics of Analog Bases Analog bases are chemically modified variants of the natural nucleotides—adenine (A), cytosine (C), guanine (G), and thymine (T)—that retain their ability to form complementary base pairs while exhibiting distinct chemical and structural properties. Within sequencing workflows, such modifications can minimize amplification bias, improve detection through enhanced fluorescent signaling, or

Inosine (I) vs. degenerate base “N” in oligo

The degenerated base “N” and the universal base inosine (I) both serve to introduce base ambiguity in oligonucleotide synthesis, but they do so in different ways and are used in different contexts. Here’s a comparison: Inosine (I) vs. Degenerate Base “N” Feature Inosine (I) Degenerate Base “N” Chemical identity A real, single modified nucleotide A
