Dear customers, please pay attention to the following restrictions in production and processing of your orders:

 

Oligo synthesis

If you consider ordering oligonucleotides at the end of the year and want to receive them before the Christmas holidays, please proceed as follows:

  • modified oligos and probes place order before Friday, Dec. 12, 2025
  • unmodified oligos place order before Sunday, Dec. 14, 2025

We do not guarantee delivery of oligos before the end of the year for orders placed after these dates.

 

IVD kits and Life Sciences products

If you would like to order IVD kits or Life Sciences products and be sure to receive them before the Christmas holidays, please send us your order no later than Monday, December 8, 2025.

Purchase orders placed from December 9, 2025, will be processed from Wednesday, January 7, 2026.

The sales department will be closed from December 22, 2025 to January 1, 2026. We will respond to your requests right after the New Year.
