Dear customers, please pay attention to the following restrictions in production and processing of your orders:

Oligo synthesis

If you consider ordering oligonucleotides at the end of the year and want to receive them before the Christmas holidays, please proceed as follows:

  • modified oligos and probes place order before Friday, Dec. 13, 2024.
  • unmodified oligos place order before Sunday, Dec. 15, 2024.

We do not guarantee delivery of oligos before the end of the year for orders placed after these dates.

IVD kits and Life Sciences products

If you consider ordering IVD kits or Life Sciences products and want to be sure that you receive them before the Christmas holidays, please place your purchase order on Monday, Dec. 9, 2024 at the latest.

Orders placed after this date will be processed from Monday, Jan. 6, 2025.
