Aliquoted oligos
The yield of oligo is divided either into a pre-defined number of microtubes or according to pre-defined amount of oligo per each vial.
Output: an identical oligo divided into several microtubes (one oligo – several vials)
Benefit: easier handling, decreased risk of contamination
Oligos dissolved to 100 μM concentration
The whole yield of oligo is dissolved in redistilled water to a concentration of 100 μM.
Output: each oligo as a 100 μM solution in a microtube (one oligo – one vial)
Benefit: easier handling of a high number of oligos
Oligos on deep 96-well plate
Oligos are put into a deep 96-well plate according to customer´s requirements (one well – one oligo)
Output: oligos on array are normally delivered dried in 2-ML wells of an array. Due to 2-ML volume of the well customers can dissolve oligos using standard methods.
Customers can select delivery on a preferred type of array, delivery of either dried oligos or oligos in solution, number of arrays with aliquots.

Benefit: oligos on array are recommended for instrumental applications requiring high number of oligos, such as anchoring oligos to microarrays, or other automated methods where handling oligos delivered in vials may be ineffective.
Oligos on 96-well microplate
Oligos are put into a 96-well microplate according to customer´s requirements (typically: one well – one oligo). The plate is typically inteded for PCR protocols.
Output: oligos on array are normally delivered dried in wells of a microplate.

Benefit: oligos on array are recommended for instrumental applications requiring high number of oligos, such as anchoring oligos to microarrays, or other automated methods where handling oligos delivered in vials may be ineffective.
When the whole yield of a set of oligos is aliquoted to many microplates, one microplate is usualy consumpted for one test/experiment, whereas the others are untouched, ready for furhther tests/experiments.
