Princip NGS metody

Next Generation Sequencing (NGS – sekvenování nové generace) je v posledních letech jednou z nejrychleji se rozvíjejících metod v oblasti diagnostiky různých onemocnění. Společně s vývojem techniky se posouvají i hranice požadavků na kvalitu zpracování vzorku, požadavků na vstupní materiál a zejména kvalitu analyzovaných dat. NGS se postupně stává metodou, která opouští prostředí experimentálních laboratoří a přesouvá se do rutinní praxe v klinické sféře.
