The DNA extraction kit includes DNA purification step and enables achieving highly pure genomic DNA from samples of whole blood, serum, plasma, buccal swab and urine. Moreover, viral DNA can be efficiently isolated from these types of samples as well. High DNA yields, reproducible results and fast working method are guaranteed.
gb ONCO BCR-ABL MICRO / ABL
Detection method: one-step real-time PCR
This in vitro diagnostic kit enables the quantitative determination of the copy number ratio of the e19a2 (c3a2) transcript of the BCR-ABL1 fusion gene to the copy number of the ABL1 reference gene transcript.
Clinical implications of the CE IVD kit
The BCR-ABL1 fusion gene in the rare MICRO variant occurs in patients with chronic neutrophilic leukemia (CML-N). Patient response to treatment as well as minimal residual disease is monitored by quantification of BCR-ABL1 transcript relative to control gene transcript (ABL1).
Parameters of the real-time PCR diagnostic kit
- detection in the FAM (BCR-ABL1) channel and HEX (ABL1) channel
- calibrating panel of standards and no template control included
