Cy3-BHQ2 is a real-time PCR probe with Cy3 fluorophore and BHQ2 quencher. The probe is most commonly used as a Taqman-type hydrolysis probe, providing highly sensitive and specific detection of target DNA. It is suitable for multiplex analyses with low background and high signal intensity and is compatible with a wide range of qPCR instruments.
