The FRET 5´CFR 635 probe is a hybridization real-time PCR probe labeled at the 5´ end of the sequence with the fluorophore CFR 635. It enables specific detection of target DNA and SNP genotyping. It is used as an acceptor probe in combination with the FRET 3´FAM donor probe.
