qPCR assays for human reference genes

The product is a lyophilized mixture of 2 primers and a hydrolysis probe. In combination with the reaction mixture (gb Master Mix according to your own choice or another reaction mixture of the customer) it is used for qPCR. By default, it is possible to order sets for human, rat and mouse housekeeping genes. Assays can be delivered separately for either individual genes or in the form of kits containing assays for 10 genes.

Principle of the assay

qPCR assay for reference genes are optimized systems for quantification of gene expression at the transcriptional level using real-time PCR. The goal is to measure the expression of the selected housekeeping gene that the customer uses to normalize expression of the target gene at relative quantification. The systems are designed and optimized in the same temperature PCR profile.

Product parameters

  • Lyophilized primers and probes (FAM and HEX labeling).
  • After reconstitution according to the instructions 10x concentrated solution.
  • Does not amplify genomic DNA (in case of pseudogenes occurrence the table contains a notice).
  • All assays have the same temperature profile.
