Ultramers

Ultramer is a new addition to our product portfolio, intended for the synthesis of very long oligonucleotides ranging from 100 to 130 bases in length.

It offers an ideal solution for research and laboratory applications that require sequences exceeding 100 bases. Ultramers can be ordered via the customer portal in a standard version, which offers an optimal balance between yield and synthesis quality and is therefore suitable for most common applications. For long oligonucleotides exceeding 100 bases, quality control cannot be guaranteed, as their high molecular weight exceeds the detection limits of the MALDI-TOF method, which our company uses as standard for these quality control purposes.

We will be happy to evaluate any non-standard requirements (e.g., modifications at the 3′ and 5′ ends or internal modifications, different synthesis scales, purification types, and sequences of 131 mer or longer) on a case-by-case basis following prior consultation with GENERI BIOTECH’s production department. We approach each inquiry individually, taking into account the specific application and your experimental needs.
