CZE These business terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Business Terms and Conditions”) defined by business company GENERI BIOTECH s. r. o., with its seat in Hradec Králové, U Fotochemy 1763, Id. No.: 63221667, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, in section C, insert 8188 (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”), define mutual rights and obligations of agreement parties originated in connection or based on a purchase agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Purchase Agreement”) entered into by the Seller and another party (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”).
Document validity
These Business Terms and Conditions become valid and effective as of June 1, 2026, and shall remain in effect until amended or superseded. The Seller GENERI BIOTECH s.r.o. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates shall become effective upon publication on the Seller’s official website.
Scope and applicability
These Business Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to custom synthesis of oligonucleotides (modified and unmodified) on demand and to real-time PCR probes.
Purchase orders
Oligonucleotides and real-time PCR probes can be ordered exclusively through customer portal as a registered user. Orders for oligonucleotides with a modification that is not listed in the selection in the portal need to be consulted first. Orders by telephone are not accepted.
Upon submitting an order and accepting of the order on the Seller’s side the customer receives a confirmation e-mail containing information that their order (order number and date stated) has started to be processed and it is no longer possible to make any changes to it. Order workflow may be monitored upon logging into the Portal under History icon.
Purchase orders must contain the following essential information:
a) Delivery address and name of the person to deliver the goods to
b) Contact information of the person to deliver the goods to
c) Correct and accurate invoicing address including company’s Id. No. and VAT number
d) Ordered oligonucleotides/probes, their required amounts and purification type
In case of orders from new customers we reserve the right to demand advance payment.
We are not liable for any possible mistakes and errors in the purchase order incurred by the customer.
In case we are unable to fulfill any requirements stated in the order, we immediately inform the customer by phone or by e-mail and we offer an alternative solution.
Product pricelist
Prices of oligonucleotides and probes are available using the oligo calculator accessible after signing into the customer portal, or through an enquiry made as a registered or non-registered customer through the portal. Price quotation is valid for 60 calendar days after its issue date, if not stated otherwise. Prices are stated without VAT.
The price of a non-listed modification is available through an enquiry from the webpage related to the modification.
Payment conditions
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due via bank transfer within 14 calendar days of the invoice date.
Invoicing and payments
Invoices are issued in CZK, EUR or USD currencies depending on the region and are payable to designated bank accounts listed for CZ and foreign countries. The Seller reserves the right to request an advance payment before processing an order in the case of an order from a new customer, an order for a non-standard item, or an order for an item of high financial value. In such cases, the delivery period specified in the order confirmation shall commence only after the Buyer has paid the advance payment, i.e., after it has been credited to the Seller’s account.
Orders with an invoicing address in the Czech Republic are invoiced:
- in CZK and with payment to an account kept at Komerční banka, account No. 584240277/0100 (SWIFT: KOMBCZPP, IBAN: CZ7601000000000584240277).
Orders with an invoicing address elsewhere than the Czech Republic are invoiced:
- in EUR with payment to an account kept at Komerční banka, account No. 78-7760910287/0100 (SWIFT: KOMBCZPP, IBAN: CZ3201000000787760910287),
- in USD with payment to an account kept at Komerční banka, account No. 123-2636060227/0100 (SWIFT: KOMBCZPPXXX, IBAN: CZ4301000001232636060227).
VAT and taxation
If Buyer’s invoicing address is in the Czech Republic, an invoice is always issued with the basic tax tariff. If Buyer’s invoicing address is in an EU country and the organization is a tax payer, an invoice is issued without VAT. This requires that the ordering party provides its registration number (VAT No.), which is always verified by the Seller prior to issuing an invoice.
If Buyer’s invoicing address is in an EU country and the organization is not a tax payer, an invoice is issued with the basic tax tariff.
If Buyer’s invoicing address is outside the EU, an invoice is always issued without VAT on condition that products go through customs clearing (except for invoiced services).
Order cancellation
A purchase order for oligonucleotide synthesis and real-time PCR probes can be changed or cancelled without any costs before initiation of the manufacturing process – this period is indicated in the portal in the section with an overview of orders (available only after signing in the portal) by order status marked either as “accepted” or “in process”. If the status is higher, i.e. “manufacturing”, “partly manufactured” or “manufactured”, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Delivery terms
Delivery terms and form of delivery are stated in Delivery terms for individual products.
In case of an order for modified oligonucleotides, delivery terms correspond with the item with the longest delivery term. The provided information is only indicative and is always subject to the specific content and extent of an order.
Form of delivery and delivery fee
Customer chooses a preferred form of delivery from options below when placing an order. If the customer does not make a choice, goods are sent by post as follows:
Czech post
- Shipments of value up to CZK 10,000 (VAT excluded) containing goods that can be transported at room temperature are shipped as a common certified mail, unless the customer chooses another form of shipping.
- Shipments of value above CZK 10,000 (VAT excluded) are usually delivered as registered mail.
PPL
- Shipments of value up to CZK 50,000 (VAT excluded). Above CZK 50,000 delivery with insurance of the parcel. PPL offers possibility of tracking of the parcel online by parcel number (tracking number). The provider of the service guarantees delivery within the Czech Republic on the next business day by 6 PM.
The form of delivery abroad is selected according to the country’s available options.

Temperature conditions of delivery, information about product storage
If a shipment contains products that can be transported and stored at ambient temperature, it is usually delivered by certified post without any special marking.
If a shipment contains products that can be transported at ambient temperature but must be stored at a lower temperature, it is usually delivered by certified mail with a distinct marking on the package indicating that the products must be stored at -20 °C upon delivery.
The My Oligo database
The MO database user is a customer of oligo products (the person on the delivery address) who has access to data on the database.
The owner of the MO database is the institution which was charged (institution on the billing address).
GB allows a MO database user to use his database in any way (instructions can be found by logging into the customer portal under the My Oligo icon) unless it violates the rights of the database owner.
In the event of a dispute over the use of the database between the user and the owner, GB reserves the right to upload the user’s database according to the instructions of the owner of the database or his / her legal successor (in case of termination).
Product warranty and claims
Products are under guarantee until their stated expiry date. In order to make a claim under guarantee it is necessary to provide in writing a basic description of anticipated and real product behavior. Claims should be sent in written form to info@generi-biotech.com.
Final provisions
The company GENERI BIOTECH s.r.o., as a certificate holder, declares that its products and services comply with the established requirements of Czech, as well as European, legislation, and requirements arising from European harmonized standards related to quality of product.
