gb PHARM DPYD
The CE IVD kit is used for determination of genotype of four polymorphisms according to guidelines CPIC and DPWG: *2A (c1905+1G>A), *13 (c1679T>G), HapB3 (c1236G>A) and c2846A>T in human genomic DNA.
We are focusing on R&D, manufacturing and selling of own proprietary products
such as real-time PCR CE IVD kits, Life Sciences products and oligonucleotides.
We also run testing facilities for GLP/GMP tests, typically for CROs
in the field of drug development.

The CE IVD real-time PCR kit is intended for detection of polymorphism TA (allele 7TA) in gene UGT1A1 in human genomic DNA. Detection is based on polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with analysis of melting curves using fluorescently labelled probe.
The CE IVD real-time PCR kit is intended for detection of TPMT*2, TPMT*3A, TPMT*3B and TPMT*3C in TPMT gene in human genomic DNA by realtime PCR method (allelic discrimination). The kit allows the determination of haplotypes TPMT*2, TPMT*3A, TPMT*3B and TPMT*3C in homozygous or heterozygous form.
The kit enables the detection of HLA-B*27 allele in genomic DNA. Presence of the allele coding the HLA-B*27 anti-gene is strongly associated with ankylosing spondylitis (Bechterew's disease) and other inflammatory diseases. The HLA-B*27 allele is detected in the FAM channel and human genomic DNA, as an internal positive control, in the HEX channel.
